How to Stop Mirroring a Windows Laptop When you're finished mirroring your screen on Windows, you can go back to Settings > Devices and find the name of the TV you're mirroring to. How to Mirror Your Laptop Using Cables If you don't have a newer laptop or a smart TV, you can probably still mirror your laptop to your TV, you'll just need to use an HDMI cable to do it. If you're using an older laptop, you may need to use a VGA cable. The problem with VGA cables is that they don't carry sound, so you'll also need an audio cable if you want to hear the sounds your computer makes. Also, check your TV to make sure it has VGA ports. Bulan lalu sepulang dari saya kerja dan membeli beberapa komponen kebutuhan di bengkel saya ternyata ada paket bungkusan yang dititipkan di tetangga dan diperuntukkan untuk saya. Setelah saya konfirmasi ke pak rudy ternyata memang benar telah menitipkan ke tetangga saya yang di berikan kepada saya. melihat adanya lcd panel saya ingat dengan project saya beberapa tahun lalu yang mengganti backlight dengan led dan juga mengubah lcd laptop menjadi lcd monitor. langsung saja saya mengambil mainboard lvds bekas yang saya miliki tinggal satu dan merencanakan tata letak komponen tersebut pada lcd laptop yang saya dapat tersebut. karena lcd laptop juga memerlukan sumber tegangan baik itu panel nya maupun untuk inverter backlight nya maka saya putuskan untuk menggunakan power supply dvd player dengan alasan tegangan keluar ada 2 yaitu 5 volt dan 12 v yang cocok sekali untuk project tv lcd laptop ini. selain itu juga dengan alasan murah, saya membeli power supply dvd player ini seharga 25ribu di denpasar bali. Hal pertama yang saya lakukan dalam mengerjakan project ini adalah membongkar lcd tersebut untuk memisahkan kabel kabel yang tidak perlu. Setelah itu perhatikan pin pin terbuka yang ada didekat konektor kabel flexyble. itu merupakan kabel inti yang akan digunakan biasanya terdiri dari 8 pin dan positif negatif tetap kita berikan. lalu saya mencoba untuk menghubungkan panel lcd tersebut ke board lvds yang saya miliki. Dibawah ini adalah posisi dari semua board yang saya gunakan dalam pembuatan project ini. dan kabel yang telah saya jumper berada pada bagian bawah board lvds.
